In this advanced robotics camp, campers dive deeper into mechanical, electrical, and software engineering as they build and program robots using the mBot2.
Campers will learn how to:
Build and program robots using motors, sensors, and block-based coding
Apply logic, sequencing, and problem-solving to complete robotics challenges
Explore core engineering concepts across mechanical, electrical, and software systems
Test, troubleshoot, and refine designs through hands-on experimentation
Work independently and collaboratively to solve increasingly complex tasks
Through challenge-based learning and guided exploration, campers strengthen their coding skills while gaining a deeper understanding of how robots work. This camp is designed for students ready to move beyond introductory robotics and build confidence tackling more complex engineering challenges.
By the end of camp, campers will have expanded their robotics skill set and be better prepared for future STEAM learning opportunities.
