Beaverton Summer Camp: LEGO Toy Designers

$275.00

LEGO Toy Designers

In this creative engineering camp, campers step into the role of Toy Designers as they imagine, build, and test moving toys for a toy factory using LEGO® materials.

Campers will learn how to:

  • Design and build moving toy models using simple mechanisms and motors

  • Apply the engineering design process: imagine, build, test, and improve

  • Develop creativity and innovation by turning ideas into working designs

  • Strengthen problem-solving skills through hands-on experimentation

  • Practice collaboration and communication while sharing and refining ideas

Through open-ended challenges and guided prompts, campers are encouraged to take the lead in their designs, explore multiple solutions, and improve their creations through testing and iteration. No prior experience is required—this camp is designed to build confidence, spark imagination, and introduce foundational engineering skills in a fun, playful way.

By the end of the camp, campers will have created original toy designs, developed core STEAM skills, and gained confidence as creative thinkers and builders.

Location: Bricks and MiniFigs Beaverton - Classroom Space

Dates: 7/13/26-7/17/26

Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
