Beaverton Summer Camp: Level Up Robotics
Level Up Robotics: Prime Inventions
In this advanced robotics camp, campers take on the role of engineers as they design, build, and program robots using LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime.
Campers will learn how to:
Apply the engineering design process: plan, build, test, and improve prototypes
Program robots using motors, sensors, and block-based coding
Solve challenges with critical thinking and creative problem-solving
Collaborate with peers to refine designs and present their solutions
Develop confidence in robotics and STEAM skills through hands-on experimentation
Through challenge-based projects, campers are encouraged to innovate, iterate, and take ownership of their designs. This camp is designed for students ready to tackle more complex robotics concepts while building real-world skills that prepare them for future STEAM learning.
By the end of camp, campers will have created and presented original robot prototypes, strengthened their coding and engineering skills, and gained confidence as young inventors.
Location: Bricks and MiniFigs Beaverton - Classroom Space
Dates: 7/13/26-7/17/26
Time: 12:30-3:30pm
Ages: 9-12
