How it works
- Say yes and pick a day. We build the schedule around your dismissal and your room.
- We send the flyer. Print and digital, English and Spanish, with a registration link.
- Families register online. Your office handles no money and no forms.
- We run it. Instructor early, roster check-in, authorized-adult pickup, attendance reported back.
What you can count on
- Screened and trained instructors. Background checked and trained in child protection and mandatory reporting before the first class, with annual safety and first aid refreshers. Fewer than 10% of applicants are hired.
- Insurance on file. General liability with abuse and molestation coverage. A certificate of insurance naming your organization, on request.
- Attendance for every session. Live rosters and digital attendance, every session, every site.
- No lift for a small team. One flyer to forward and one room to open.
- Equity built in. Need-based scholarships and funded seats when you have them.

What does the school have to do?
Forward one flyer, share the link once and open one room. Everything else is ours.
Can grant funds or Title I pay for seats?
Yes. Several partners fund seats for their families. We invoice the school and families register at no cost.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Yes, naming your school, on request.
How are instructors screened?
Background checked with references and credential verification, and trained in child protection and mandatory reporting before the first class.
What ages?
Ages 3 to 12, grouped by age.
